Aimee is the Practice Manager at the TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Reno, bringing years of experience in dentistry and a deep passion for patient-centered care. Her journey into the dental field began in high school, when a class assignment sparked her interest and led her to shadow a dental hygienist. Seeing firsthand how meaningful relationships could be built through dentistry—and how much it could impact a patient’s confidence—solidified her career path.

While earning her degree in dental hygiene, Aimee joined the Global Brigades Organization and traveled to Honduras, where she provided free dental care to underserved villages. That experience shaped her vision for the kind of healthcare professional she wanted to be: compassionate, dedicated, and deeply engaged in making a difference.

After working as a dental hygienist with Dr. Tammy for seven years, Aimee expanded her expertise into TMJ and sleep apnea treatments, with a special focus on the pediatric population. This journey led her to become an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist, and she discovered that myofunctional therapy was the missing link in connecting sleep, breathing, and overall wellness to oral and systemic health.

Now in her role as Practice Manager, Aimee is proud to help lead a team that prioritizes comprehensive care and whole-body wellness. She loves being part of a practice that goes beyond traditional dentistry to improve lives through specialized TMJ and sleep therapy.

Outside of work, Aimee enjoys working out, spending time with her husband, two children and their two beloved fur babies, and never says no to good Mexican food.
