When it comes to communication with insurance companies and healthcare providers, we will only release necessary information with your written consent.

We also physically protect information by locking medical records in secured filing cabinets and shredding any documents that are no longer needed. We understand the trust our patients place in us, and we take every measure necessary to ensure their privacy is respected at all times. INSURANCE INFORMATION

Dr. Neugebauer and the TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Reno are not contracted with medical insurance. As a courtesy, we will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance; any reimbursement by medical insurance or other third parties will go directly to the patient.

We are unable to bill Medicare or Medicaid or request reimbursement. Any fees associated with the collection of any outstanding debt, including but not limited to fees charged by a third-party collection agency, are the patient’s responsibility per Nevada statute.
